SO some people I know suggested Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred DVD. I wasn't sure if I should buy it or not, I went through a workout DVD phase about 5-6 years ago, and my Tae Bo DVDs go unused now (although at the time I used to do them almost daily). I have a few yoga DVDs that I do love, but I also have some pilates DVDs that I don't use... so I wasn't sure if this would be a waste or not.
Anyway, I read the reviews on Amazon, re-read the suggestions of my friends, and read about the results they were seeing, and finally bought it.
I was so excited when it arrived. I was too busy to do it the day it arrived and the day after, but the next morning I woke up early and decided to give it a whirl. It's only 20 minutes, but OMG, it was really tough! I'm sore the next day, which is great, I really love that feeling!
I have only done this workout once, but I'm a big fan!
